thoughts are powerful!!! Sometimes, I can’t even stop thoughts I shouldn’t have without reaching out to someone, I have to distract myself… get up and move out in nature, dance, write poetry… stroll on Facebook, or watch tv.

I recently had a coaching call with a Leader and we talked about the chaos at my job. The conversation was pleasant and things were revealed to me from her that I thought the opposite about because the enemy used my emotions and thoughts to say otherwise, until God confirmed what she said was true. However, in the conversation she said that I really need to grow up. When first stated I didn't think much of the statement and actually agreed. Later, I thought about how offensive it was and how she crossed the line with me because we haven't had that many coaching sessions and she knows my issues, but not necessarily know me as a person. I felt unsettled in my spirit and made the decision to address the issue in love on the next call and ask her to clarify what she meant by that, because I want to understand. My point is this, she got too comfortable with me and if not addressed, she will continue to treat me like the child she think I am and I'm not. Addressing it later to find out will hopefully allow her to take accountability and set boundaries. On the other hand, the Devil has been using her statement to replay in my head like a tape recorder and having me in my feelings that lead to anger and anxiety. I will replace the thought in the meantime with scripture. Thank you for this word. Amen.
