The point of us posting our Shotkam videos: We've learnt so much from watching other people's Shotkams over the years that now I have one, we're going to give back and post up our Shotkam footage as much as we can to help others. I post all the hits AND misses, hiding nothing! I believe you can learn more from the misses, so all are included for your viewing pleasure and laughing at us! We don't say we're good/bad shooters, we shoot for fun only, often with a side by side hammer gun or a 410 pea shooter o/u fixed choke! Rarely conventional! I've owned a shotgun for years but only now, am I looking into actually getting ok at clays haha :) Apologies if this is a silly question, but all these shots seem they are below and infront of the clay. I would have thought it should be above and infront of the clay. As they are still travelling upwards. Is the aim wrong on the shotkam or am I just wrong for thinking it should be above?

Hiya!! :) you know your stuff! this gun has an adjustable rib and stock and I find I 'like' the feel and shot pattern with it set to shoot 70/30, so as you rightly spotted! I am a little low and infront which puts it where it needs to be. My side by sides are all flat shooting 50/50 so I have to shoot them differently. I think with this high rib semi and a monte carlo stock, i can see more, there's less barrel in my vision so I am liking the clear shot sight with 70/30. Seems to work for me :-)

@@martynf65uk Thanks for the reply! That makes so much sense now you mention the adjustable rib haha! I've never shot a shotgun with an adjustable rib. Well the 70/30 certainly seems to be working well for you!
