@Daniel Tracz thank you, please tell me your real steel is a Beretta too hahaha. That’s a great practice tool for at home or in the back yard especially now since ammo is expensive. What made you choose a beretta?

Hi my friend its Mike from Newcastle in England. We are not allowed the full auto version in this country but other than that the weapons are identical. The first time i stripped mine out of the box the guide rod was like that and every time i stripped it i had the same problem. You can tell that its not sitting right as it sticks out a little at the muzzle end. I just play gently with the slide especially when returning it to its locking position if you pass that point it seems to come out. A lot of reviews seem to advise not to strip it beyond taking the slide off!! Thanks for pointing out the loose screw going to check mine. Thanks for the video. 👍

@mixali zambetas I’m sorry to hear about your countries Airsoft restrictions. You are doing exactly what you should, you have to be gentle and try a few times when putting it back together. When people say not take it apart that statement is ridiculous to me. Get to know your Airsoft especially gbbp and gbbr’s learn to field strip them. Some are easier some need a lill touch of fairy. Other then that great buy have fun with it. Im glad I was able to help out a lill.

I enjoy mine but mostly use it in non-full auto to practice draw and target acquisition at backyard bb range. Mine is very "accurate" in that it consistently likes to shoot low right from point of aim by an inch or 2 from point of aim at 20 - 30 feet which I need to compensate for. Since I can't adjust the fixed sights, I may dissemble the barrel from the inner barrel (since there's some play there) and wedge it slight in the bottom left to compensate. I have seen others file down the front sight and re-dot it as well as add some jd-weld to the back sight for the windage along with some black paint to compensate. What's weird is other umarex blow back guns like the P08 luger just really dead on out of the box at the same range. You an also fully field strip their other replica guns which is great for cleaning and lubrication.

@Paul’s Tool Review i was the same way in Game I haven’t used to full out, until it broke and it was only shooting full out. I remember being accurate, no fancy hop up unite or bucking. For slightly more accurate shoots what you could do is put o rings or Teflon tape around the barrel to have it snug in the outer barrel. Interesting what people go to their gbb, love how innovative people get. I have a tendency to shoot with my reel steel low to the left as well. So it might not necessarily be your gbb fault it could be yours. Next time when you practice try to really focus on what your finger and your wrist is doing while pulling the trigger, there might be just a lill movement going on. Thank you for your input great comment!

@@TomiHarley I don't think it's me because others that have used my umarex beretta noticed this gun with the fixed sights just shoots low and right consistently even for them. We have other umarex pistols like the umarex Luger P08 that just dead on with it's fixed sights at the same target. Also with real 92FS, I don't consistently pull low and right either. The gun is very accurate for where its shooting...it's just not at my point of aim without compensating. I'm going to try either taking the inner barrel out and taping it to compensate if I can figure out to separate the inner barrel from the outer, or just tape part of the slide that holds the outer barrel to nudge it into point of aim. The second method is not ideal, because the slide moves. The inner barrel fix would be the best solution. Any tips separating the outer barrel from the inner?

@@PaulsToolReview yes it’s actually super easy to take it apart remove the mag then on the right side of the lower receiver depress the button hold it down on the other side pull the lever down not the slide is unlocked and you can pull it apart. Once apart take off the spring by just pulling on it, hold the rod tight so it doesn’t come flying off. Now you can push the outer to the front then tilt it upwards towards you and pull out the hole assembly. I’m not sure if you have to unscrew any screw or if you can just pull out the inner barrel right out. I can’t check I’m Not gonna be home for an other month. When you put the hole thing together the spring rod can hang up a bit and be pushed out of place. Take it apart realign the spring rod and try to put it back together you might have to do it a few times can be frustrating.

@@TomiHarley Field stripping is not that bad although it can be fussy to get it back together again. What I was asking is separating the inner barrel from the outer barrel once you got the barrel out. It's been a while since I last looked at it myself, but I think if I can do that, I can shim the inner barrel slightly to compensate for the sights and get it closer to true. I think that would be the preferred way to dial in the Point of Aim with some trial and error.

That will hold them in there for good. The only thing I’m worried about, if you have to take it apart that you won’t be able to unscrew them. Luckily the probability of you actually needing to break it down that far is very small. It’s nice gbb and rate of fire 🤯 insanely fast. Do you have issues when you take off the slide to put it back together? My guide rod like to get out of position, I have to take a few tries. And what about your semi, does it still work? Mine broke fairly fast and it should only in full auto now.

I really need an airgun for self defense since in my country real guns are illegal.is this enough? If not do you have any other suggestions?
@TomiHarley
@TomiHarley 6 ай бұрын
That’s a great question you could use pepper spray or a Tayser or maybe a paintball gun and the paintball could have pepper spray in it the police uses that sometimes. Any large object can help as well. But you need to check with your country and the city you’re in with the laws what are you allowed to use for self-defense and what not a knife a sword or a machete could be good to for self-defense but again you need to first check with your local government and see what is lawful and what is not. Let’s say you were allowed to defend yourself but you’re not allowed to defend yourself with an air gun you could get yourself in trouble really fast so please go check with the local government or ask a lawyer pay them a little bit of money it will be worth it in the long run no exactly what you were allowed and what not. I’m not giving you any advice and I would not want you to get yourself in any trouble. I highly advise if you really want to use something for self-defense go to a lawyer a self defense lawyer pay them a little bit of money but then you will know exactly what and what you are not allowed to do.

@@Kyriakos1206 you know I find all of these laws so Contra productive here we are law-abiding citizens and yet these politicians making it so hard for us to defend ourselves against criminals. Criminals they can do whatever the heck they want because they do not obey the law. It’s really unfair but then again life is not fair when life gives you lemons make lemonade and that’s what you’re doing right now which is a fantastic idea and I’m also glad that you checked all the laws and see what and what you cannot do. I think in this case your idea is not a bad idea.
