Thank you so much. I am loosing my sight due to AMD, although I did not want to give up crocheting it has become difficult especially on dark colours. I had considered the half double and you beautifully confirmed my idea. I did not consider a larger hook, I can work the pattern and see the stitches it is beautiful.

Loved it a beginner I just did t get after the two stitches are added on the beginning do I miss those two I added on and start the third stitch?

how come you don't skip the last stich in first row and after you turned to stay 2nd row you didn't skip the 1st stich... I'm 😕

So how many stitches do you go down from the two extra you put on?

From the end I go into the third stitch. You can make your chain as long as you would like. Have a great day

Very helpful video for beginners. Can you show how to end the blanket? How do you end your crochet stitches? Do you just tie the yarn off? Sorry if it’s a silly question - I’ve never crocheted.

No question is silly, yes I just tie off an bury my tails. I take a smaller hook and take them thru a few stitches. I will need to show in my videos. I am new at videos so I appreciate you asking. Have a great day an keep crocheting.
