The guy that went on before Bernie got booed-and Bill Bellamy was backstage with Bernie and told him, “Be careful out there-this audience is tough.” Bernie replied, “I’ve been going at this too long-I’ve worked too hard-I ain’t scared of ‘em!” That's how we got this masterpiece. *RIP Bernie Mac* 🕊

Golden Age of Black Comedy!! As someone who was blessed to see Bernie stand up live, was a comedic genius. We are both from the Englewood area in Chicago, and his comedy style is a reflection of how folks kicked it back 80s and 90s. RIP Bernie

The night Bernie Mac owned the moment and didn’t let off!! Whoever had to perform after Bernie, they would’ve chanted “encore.” He was true to his Chicago roots and didn’t let Hollywood change him. Gone too soon, we still laughing at his finest moments. RIP Bernie Mac 🫶🏾🫶🏾

She's humorous man. She was offended by Don Rickles also. All these comedy legends offend her delicate soul. If not for her looks she has nothing. Certainly not a sense of humor.
