When I am home alone and do not want to cook this keto-friendly Berry Bowl is a goto favorite. It's so easy and refreshing and helps me stick to my goals of no sugar and no flour! Give it a try!
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese
Berries (I used Blueberries)
Sweetener of choice
Blend and enjoy

Stevia is a plant. You can grow it. It is related to the catnip family. But cats don't like it. It is actually one of the healthier sweeteners you can purchase. I love it use it to sweeten my water and cook with it too. Love your channel Vicky! ❤💕

Stevia leaf extract is great for sweetening. It is also in the mint family. You can buy some stevia that is zero on the glycemic index. My favourite brand is Sweetleaf.

I have cottage cheese and fruit a lot, since I live alone. But making a yogurt or smoothie consistency looks wonderful. And I’ve never sweetened it, so that will be new to try as well. I do have Stevia on hand, and agave nectar, and I’m anxious to try this! Thanks for sharing! ❤❤❤
