I thought the same thing. His fear of heights, shove it, it's family. This is scary. I have a massive tree behind my house. The trunk is like three huge trees together. It covers my entire back yard and hangs over my neighbor's wooden fence. I had a quote yesterday, unseen to trim limbs to make it safer. 1500.00 I'm disabled. Not going to happen. I have been so lucky with that tree over the last 20 years. Limbs as big as trees have fallen. ❤ Stephanie, Buddy ❤ I am so sorry this happened to put a damper on your vacation. I think in terms of God removing you from that location for some reason. I am happy to see that some very important things weren't damaged. Please be overly safe coming home. You have a lot of help at your house. Be safe. Much love 💕

Lester you have inherited two furry children and that warms my heart. The love you show them and they show you is phenomenal. The fact you conquered your fear of heights to try to help cut some of the limbs shows the love you have for family. Jami you are one in a million and you are Special friend who cares deeply for Steve and her family. Safe trip home Denmans.

Bless your families hearts for coming together to be there when tragedy strikes. I for one am so thankful that Buddy, Steph and family were not at home when it fell. I had a tree fall on my house a couple weeks ago. Now deal with PTSD when the wind,rain ,thunder and lightening comes. I wouldn't want those precious children, or anyone to deal with it ! To answer your question...Yes I have had to angle water out of my ceiling light fixture after a storm. Not fun!!

You may know this, but I learned it a few years ago. When you go through a draught the roots start coming back to the surface in search of water. Then you get a lot of rain and the roots are not deep enough to keep the tree up. That’s why healthy trees fall. ❤

A beautiful redwood tree did the same thing to us a couple of years back, actually the night before Thanksgiving. Luckily, there is no real damage to our house. Thankful no one was injured or killed. Coming home early from so many family memories to be made while kids are still home vacation time but knowing you have many hands ready to help you clean up has to be a blessing. Yeah that definitely is a crane job to lift that tree up off the house. And good thing they have the RV because they’ll be “camping” for awhile in it. Prayers up it doesn’t take long to fix. Good to see Tony! Kim has some handsome boys that’s for sure!

Jami and Lester even though you couldn’t do a lot you tried and for Lester to go on the roof who doesn’t like heights he went that extra step for Buddy and Steph. This is why everybody loves the morrows you all help each other no matter what it is. So so sorry for Stephanie and Buddy glad they are safe the house can be fixed hopefully nothing structural. Morning Jami - How devastating. Just heartbroken for Steph and Buddy. This honestly proves how true that statement is, *Bad Things Happen To Good People* The only blessing is Bud & Steph are a couple - a family, that is surrounded by a family made up of those *Good People* that will help, aid and support in whichever way they possibly can. Thanks to you and Lester, we know heights aren’t to his liking, but he pushed any fears aside to climb up on a precarious and dangerous rooftop, to access and remove, if that proved able to be done. Again, just heartbroken for Steph, Bud and the kids. 😥💔

I have absolutely nobody that would come & help like you guys did. I don't even have anyone to check if im still alive. Not any family, friends, or neighbors. Everyone is feeling awful for Steph & Buddy. But I'm so happy that they have such good hearted, caring individuals in their lives. Thats one of the best kinds of insurance policies I've ever seen. Agreed - after that flood a few weeks back they tore out, cleaned up and restored PawPaw's and Gigi's house in 3 days. NO Insurance company would have made such a deadline. Absolutely record breaking restoration. Family! Morrow Strong they absolutely Get it Done.
