No point in buying this if it’s just gonna get patched. I just want to use my Gulikit controller, that’s what I used the U5 for but ah well, least I got a Dualsense edge now. Still, I’m guessing I gotta wait a long time until it can be used once again.

Well done to you guys who got one that actually works, mine delivered today does not work in any combination I try or with any controller I have and I have quite a few diff controllers. I’m calling this thing junk

Before connecting, please pay attention to the following issues: 1. Turn off the Bluetooth of the PS5 system (PS5 will restart) 2. Set the controller to USB connection in the system 3. If the connection does not work, try changing the data cable and port If you have tried the above and it still doesn't work, please contact customer service and we will have technical support to help you solve the problem

I’ve done the same and it won’t work. I connect it to ps5 and matrix has a green dot next to peripherals but won’t work. As soon as I plug in the mate it turns yellow. Cant even get my pc to recognize it. Think mine is junk also.

Don't pay attention to the light, because in normal use, the light of P5MATE will not light up. It will only light up when connected to the PC for upgrading. Please follow the tutorial. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service or email

Same bro. These things don’t work. Find it funny there’s nothing on KZfaq other than some video doing it like drinking water so simple. It’s definitely not a plug and play. I’ve been trying to get this thing to work for two days with zero luck.

We haven't tested it, but HIT BOX is supported. As long as your device can simulate PS4 or XBOX 360 mode, it is supported in theory.

U5 is different from P5Mate in hardware. U5 can only be implemented by updating after cracking Sony's new algorithm. This takes time, and P5Mate solves this problem through hardware, so this method is faster. You can choose to wait for the new firmware of U5, or you can use P5Mate in advance. If you have bought U5, contact customer service to get discounts

So we’re going to have to keep spending money on devices ? I get it was patched and you have to wait till a new firmware but dumping a whole new product to buy is a bit shady on your guys end as a company, you were able to release a whole device that works but you’re telling people with the U5 to wait on a firmware update

@@jamaicandjnado xbox, ps4, and pc since the ps5 connection method is only meant for remote play. This is ensuring a wired connection directly to the console. When your xim matrix lights up white that just means its trying to connect to your internet.

Use the p5mate to play with a series controller. However, I don't know which keys you have to press to simulate the touchpad. Does anyone know how or if this is even possible?

Yes, same problem here. Just 250 Hz works fine together with the XIM Apex. If set to 500 or 1000 Hz, we get desync of the XIM Apex (purple flashing lights on the APEX)

People experiencing random disconnects also mostly at 1000hz but also desync at every polling rate. Not looking good for this device. Also if he says to use a power cable then ignore as its nothing to do with power
