I actually really enjoyed the music in the other one but it's nice to try it without too thank you :) I usually do qigong in the evenings but will try add this little video to my morning routine 🩶

Love this practice. Do it every morning. Prefer without the music. What other short (10-15) morning videos do you recommend? Thanks Nick. Would not have found QiGong if it wasn’t for your videos. Much appreciated.

I just found out that My abdomen muscles are weaker on one side than the other. What can be done to strengthen muscles in the ab area.

Great thanks. Are there parts of the practice that strengthen the body like yoga or is it mainly for stress reduction and flexibility?
