For a study permit? You need to apply to a designated learning institution (a university or college), get accepted and apply. However, that's in normal times. Many if not most schools are doing distance learning during the pandemic.

This is incorrect. The University of Waterloo is at least 2nd place if not tied with U of T for 1st.

That is how the International perspective looks at the Canadian education system. When I was living in my country, I had never heard about UW, just only UofT, UBC, and Mcgill.

Yes lol , waterloo is definitely 1st place, uoft is for waterloo rejects (including my self with 97% avg :/ )

It's obnoxious to hear a voiceover in a British accent instead of the Canadian accent when you are watching something supposedly made by the Canadian government

It's not supposedly made by the Canadian government. It's made by Immigroup, a private company in Toronto. You can see that by looking at publisher right below the video title. Our voice actor is British because our owner likes British accents.
