Wow, you've got your aircrete mix down really well now! I'm glad you'll get the help of the concrete mixer. It seems that you got a very well mixed result and it made many pavers. Too bad the animals keep messing with the pavers. A bunny too! I loved the pun from Bree! It looks like the roof plan is coming along. I'm so glad a neighbor helped with some steel columns. Nice that the motorized bikes went to a good home and the pile got much reduced. Thanks for this MLH family!

You can reduce the cracking by putting a wet cloth over your batch of pavers after they're starting to set up, and spritzing it with water a couple times a day for the next couple days. Cement is exothermic and if the heat builds up too much it cracks itself apart.

I wonder if it might be worth your while to build a quick drying rack for your aircrete pavers. That would encourage air flow for drying and discourage animals walking on them. I suppose it would depend on how much many you have to do. I'm thinking using scrap wood and something just temporary that you can break down when you're done. Just a suggestion.

I wonder if you could pour maybe ¼-½ inch of portland and sand mix (with no foam, or maybe a really low ratio of foam) in the bottom of the molds, then fill the rest up with aircrete. That way you would have a more durable surface.

Shop looks great, I really like what you are doin with that aircrete. it probably provides a nice r value to the wall. Have you thought about using a fiber of some sort to help keep it stronger? I recently came across a home builder based out of Florida that designed and built homes using forms like you guys but a little bigger scale, they are no longer in business as of recently but this aircrete could be a product to use instead of the polystyrene core. Look them up, the name is “AI Domes”. Well worth checking out to get some ideas on where this aircrete thing could go. big sculptures would be fun with that stuff too

now that you have your aircrete mix perfected. have you considered using white cement for your pavers.... then you could use the colors available for mortar and concrete. then put a few colored or white pavers mixed with your grey pavers. or use them as a trim or border..... just a thought. I bought a aircrete foam maker, I need to try blending some foam and get that right. then use the aircrete as stucco.. over my concrete. I'm thinking I'll need to use less water in my mix... ps: what are you using as a foaming agent ???? thank you..

Okay, I said this last week, I'll say it again - you need to build some temporary shelves from concrete block and scrap wood to hold the hex molds while they set, and to hold the finished hexes while they cure. Get them up off the ground so no furry or scaly creatures can walk through them. That mixer sure gets the job done. Even in the video those pavers look like the most evenly mixed and most solid batch you've made yet. And with the mixer's capacity, you can crank the hexes out much faster, so you should definitely order more molds. You need to get a bee mold, though. What's a beehive without bees? Maybe a bear, too. You know, because bears love honey.

Thanks for your thoughts on veteran's day. As an Australian Vietnam veteran I'd like to share some thoughts on my observations over the years. Most wars are started by people who expect to make a ton of money from them, then we are invited and we're the ones put in harm's way. Effectively we're their highly profitable cannon fodder in wars whose only reason is to make money. Lest we forget. Peace on earth, good will to all.

I wonder if you shouldn't be treating these mold much like pouring resin eg painting a thin coat into the mold first, to help alleviate air bubbles along with vibrating the molds for a while to further get the air bubble to rise. Something eccentric in a drill held up to the outside of the mold might also work ok Always fun watching
