The food looks absolutely delicious and overall inviting.❤ However, the hot dogs and bacon would need to be cooked longer for most Americans. Cooking bacon until it's crispy is our general. preference.

I would agree if that was normal bacon from the pork belly like we are used too, but since that bacon isn't pork belly and is very lean ( Canadian bacon) then that bacon is cooked just right. I like mine semi-crispy.

Despite what the comments say, not everyone likes crispy bacon (I like it floppy) and some places here put some or most of the toppings under the patty, it just depends on the place and presentation. I do agree that they used probably 5x-10x the amount of condiment/sauce that we use here, but I have learned from watching tons of videos like this that many Asian countries use wild amounts of sauce on things compared to the US. I’m not sure any Americans would call these cucumbers pickles though, it can take weeks of soaking to make American dil or bread and butter style pickles. The bun and fries here look wonderful. The burger looks great, would love to try it.

@@Rage-Baby slightly floppy is cooked and not at all burnt. if youre eating ur shii pink and chewy, youre eating raw bacon n u should prolly get checked for parasites.

The way I grew up grilling meat on a smoker was to wrap it in foil first and when it was almost done, that's when you unwrap it and let the smoke flavor in. I for one don't want to eat burnt bbq

The 3 sisters’ pizza hotdog restaurant wasn’t cooking the hotdogs or bacon properly & was serving it raw. Hopefully they were only making the sandwiches for the camera and weren’t actually serving them to people. Everything else on here looked AMAZING. A couple of them could be considered art masterpieces!

Those are just fancy burgers. Make them sloppy, double patties so thinner, really season the meat , smash one time on grill , cheese, raw onions, tomato, dill pickles. . Mayo, Mustard, Ketchup . Not all 3 but if asked as option. Less cook time, juicy burger, faster prep. Companies here have made billions on staying simple but great taste. 😊❤

24:26 Another example of what I'd call "Gourmet (fancy) style," not "American style." These look so delicious and I'd 100% eat them, but if you want genuine American style hot dogs: Get a far less high quality hot dog (lol). Boil them (since pan frying like they do will add far too much flavor), put them on dry hot dog buns, then add your condiments of choice. Typical American condiments are yellow mustard, ketchup, Sweet relish (or kosher dill if you don't like sweet relish), a bit of raw chopped onions, and that's it! You won't find mayo or lettuce on standard American hot dogs, but perhaps on specialty hot dogs (like the "Chicago dog.") A common variation of a standard American hotdog is the "chili cheese dog": No condiments, spoon on some regular chili, top with shredded cheddar. A bit of chopped raw onions are optional. That's it! I love authentic Asian food, so I hope this helps someone have an authentic American food experience at home in Korea
