Best purchases were 3 linen summer dresses: a red spaghetti strap mini from target, an oatmeal short sleeve from J. Crew, and a teal spaghetti strap midi from J. Crew; and my entire order from Lily Silk: a cream cashmere sweater with balloon sleeves, a brown wool skirt and sweater set, and a cream wool turtle neck. So happy to be able to start adding more staples into my closet!

You should keep the Tibi open weave set and just wear it whenever the weather is suited!! It looks amazing on you!

Aw thank you! I think it's so cool but funny how sometimes our mind gets stuck on the original colour we wanted? I think that's where my head has been at. Not going to rush into parting ways with anything but definitely can see myself building up a rail of pieces which didn't get much love - and go from there :)

Agreed! I think it looks amazing on you! Just wondering if it could be the contrasting buttons which made it seemed a little off? Something more tonal but not opaque kind would have worked? Just a thought ❤

I agree! Those loafers look entirely different to other ones I’ve seen, yet completely classy and understated. If they feel “too formal”, their simple structure does allow them to be dressed down. I hope Jamie gives them another look; but I am sure she had given this a deep thought as well. 😋

Ohh yes she got it in the red - I actually said to her when I saw her wear the red I was tempted to buy it in another colour but stopped myself - I figured the mini was at least enough of a "difference" haha. It's a great dress! Happy Holidays to you too :)

What is the jewellery you are wearing, especially interested in the bangles, I think you have slim wrists, so I guess they would fit me as well, as I have a real problem finding fitting bangles. Btw, love the same knits by Sézane!

I have a couple really good purchases, but my worst one easily comes to mind. I bought Mary Jane's from Vagabond in a smooth black leather with an elasticated strap across the foot. It was way too formal for my style and black isn't really a color I enjoy in accessories. Glad I was able to sell them on for a decent enough prize, so my loss on them wasn't too great

Really enjoyed watching this video. I purchased an Anderson belt a little while ago and while I really like it I am not too sure about the quality of the buckle. When I received mine the buckle already had a lot of marks on it and it appeared a bit tarnished. I was wondering if you experienced the same or maybe I just got a faulty one.

Thank you! Hmm it sounds to me like you received a faulty one as mine both looked perfect upon purchasing. The gold has worn off almost entirely on my black one so looks more silver tone with a touch of champagne now - I don’t mind this as I’ve found otherwise the quality of the belt is intact and to me just a part of wear and tear given I wore it basically daily for a couple of years straight. If you happened to take pics I would reach out to customer service and see if they’ll give you a partial refund or exchange x

Thanks for the reply, much appreciated! I actually returned the first one I received (purchased from Net-a-Porter) and reordered but the buckle still had the same issue so I thought it must be how it is. I am totally ok with the buckle wearing over time but now that I know the buckle shouldn’t be like that new I am regretting not returning and trying again.😢

I really enjoyed watching this video! I agree with everyone in the comments- keep The ROW loafers they are beautiful shoes. When wearing cotton ribbed tank tops do you ever find that bra lines show through? Can you recommend any type of bras to wear under these type of tops? 😅

Thank you! So, to answer your question, yes that does sometimes happen and depends on the tank. That said, my cup size seems to be decreasing with age so sometimes I just go without as I don't need much support these days. I wear a strapless bra from Ambra usually. I bought mine a year ago and it's now a little bit too big (no longer BF-ing so part of the problem!) so need to get a replacement but have been making do as it doesn't bother me too much 😅🫣

Definitely not planning to sell - it’s a sleeper piece I know even if I’m not wearing it now, I will in the future! So, not the worst purchase, but maybe could have waited haha :)
