OK. Let’s start working through the 7 MOST-ASKED interview questions, why they are asked, and the top-scoring answers! Here we go…
INTERVIEW QUESTION #1 - TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF. 02:29
The hiring manager will ask you this question to give you the opportunity to start talking about yourself, and to find out whether you have the skills, qualities and knowledge to meet the demands the role. Here is my best answer to this first interview question:
INTERVIEW QUESTION #2 - WHAT ARE YOUR STRENGTHS? 03:47
The hiring manager will ask you this next interview question to gauge whether your strengths are a match for the job description. If they are a match, you will need minimal training and supervision in the role.
INTERVIEW QUESTION #3 - WHAT ARE YOUR WEAKNESSES? 05:02
The hiring manager will ask you this very difficult interview question for two reasons. Number one, whether your weakness will hinder your ability to perform your duties as required, and number two, whether you are seeking to improve on your weaknesses.
INTERVIEW QUESTION #4 - WHY DO YOU WANT TO WORK FOR OUR COMPANY? 06:16
The hiring manager will ask you this next interview question because most people don’t really care which company they work for, which means they won’t stay at the company long-term. This will then means the hiring manager will have to readvertise the position and go through a lengthy selection process once more.
INTERVIEW QUESTION #5 - WHY SHOULD WE HIRE YOU? 07:22
The hiring manager will use yours and the other candidates answers to this tough interview question to decide which one candidate can ADD THE MOST VALUE in the position. Therefore, do not be afraid to sell yourself in your answer.
INTERVIEW QUESTION #6 - WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOUR JOB? 08:31
The hiring manager will ask you this next challenging but common interview question to see whether you are leaving your job for negative reasons. Do not be negative about your current or former employer, co-workers or boss. If you are negative, you will not get hired.
INTERVIEW QUESTION #7 - DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FOR US? 09:28
At the end of your job interview, the hiring manager will ask you if you have any questions, The vast majority of candidates respond by saying:
“No, it’s OK, I do not have any questions. You covered everything in the interview!”

I cant thankyou enough, I'm 17 i only completed my one year of level 3 health and social care and only received the certificate i couldn't handle that environment and wanted to work. I've liked the idea of business but because my cv was health based qualifications and experience there was no chance that ill even get interviewed for a business administration role i had signed up for an agency that worked hard to find an interview for a level 3 business administration apprentice role and after months with that agency they finally found a company for that role that was willing to interview me regardless of my age and cv but that company had a little faith in me, I impressed the interviewers not only at the first interview but also my second not only because I was 17 but also because of my amazing answers by watching your videos, only by your videos i was able to do that.

I have some questions: 1. I’ve been rejected from about 50 interviews. (In the last one they found the excuse that I could have given more examples. There must have been 20 to 30 perfectly given interviews with no feedback at all. The feedback I got from a lot of them is that they went for another candidate). 2. Before the pandemic it only took around 4 interviews to secure a new role 3. I went to a top business school and have half a decade of experience working for blue chip companies 4. *I’ve been given the advice by some corporate operatives that I could still somehow secure a role at a top company even if I’ve been unemployed for half a dozen years* *Is it discrimination? Is it bias because there is money involved? I would just like to know what is going on as I’m being forced to retire early abroad/take a career break in the summer*
