I am 21 yrs old from mumbai. Before the gym usually around 7 am I wash my face with water and wear sunscreen and workout. After coming i wash my face with cetaphil use niacinamide and your suggested requil moisturizer or dot and key cermaide cream whatever my skin feels followed with suncros sunscreen. After my day ends ,before sleeping i wash my face with bioderma micellar (pink) face wash and follow it with cetaphil cleanser to double cleanse than i use hyalu gel on damp skin followed by a moisturiser. Weekly once I use tretinoin 0.025%(wed) and once i use aha bha pha peel 15% by dermaco. Or your besan and peel facial(Sat as sunday I stay at home and have zero contact with sunlight) Also when i step in the sun i wear scraf socks and gloves to cover my skin to prevent tanning because no matter how much sun screen i wear i still used to get tanned but wear clothing protection doesn't cause tan

This is because skin care layering goes from products with thinner consistencies to products with thicker consistencies.
