Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Marinate for 30 minutes
Heat oil 4 tbsp fry each side 4-5 minutes
For Gravy
------------------------------------
Ghee 4 tbsp
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Onion 3 medium
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato 3 medium
Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 3 tbsp
Hot water 1 cup
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
For Rice Boil

Basmati rice 3.5 cups around (875gm)
(soaked before 30 minutes)
Black cardamom 2nos
Cardamom 8nos
Cinnamon 2nos
Cloves 8nos
Salt 6 tsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Chopped mint leaves
For Rice Layer
