So pleased to see your “measure” on the esky….certainly some quality fish right there Dom. What a cook up….fish are so versatile….you can even eat the eyes…won’t fill you up but they will see you through to your next meal……Great video Dom.

Try Marinating the Calamari in Kiwi Fruit for a couple of hours then cook. Always enjoy your videos.

Do you ever anchor up and try berlying them up. In SA this method works well and quite often catch a bag limit of King George in a short amount of time

Sweet KG fillets on a cracker , the Bella in my Donner , the fizz in my Champagne , some great caviars of the sea there Dom and a ripper flat tie too. Reddy approved recipe as well .
