@@hrithiksaluja6387 काही नाही होत भावा. मुंबईत बेने इस्राएल (मराठी ज्यु) समाज इसवी सन १०००-१४०० पासून राहत आहेत. सात रस्ता येथे त्याचे सिनेगॉग आहेत. सात रस्ता हा मुस्लिम बहुल भाग आहे. तसेच मशीद बंदर नाव एका जुन्या सिनेगॉग वरून पडले आहे. बेने इस्रायली सिनेगॉगला मशीद बोलतात.

Cafe Sunrise was fav of my Baba. In 70s-80s it was one of the plc which had jukebox. It was his hangout plc with his frnds. Bring back Cafe Sunrise, Lucky, Savera, University Fountain, Hongkong lane biryani.

Next time Ideal Corner cha brun maska try kara Hornby View Rd warti. Even Cafe Excelsior-2 blocks away from CST stn, across the corner from Mukta A2 Excfelsior cinema is great for the same. Try mutton kheema pav frm there and lime soda frm there.

Well Hearsch is closed on Tuesday... But u can try Candies and Andora also in bandra Then u have Vienna in Vokala

While i understand you guys going for the popular favourites - Hearsch was the only non-Irani bakery that made it to your list and unfortunately quality has been waning for about a decade or so now! Bombay does have a great tradition of bakeries though like A-1 in Bandra, Hearsch of course and Ahura in Andheri where somehow the quality hasnt slacked off! Always a joy to watch you guys!

I am surprised that no one considers Bristol Bakery in Mahim. They make the best pao (₹2 & ₹3) in Mumbai. Their sliced bread is marketed under the "Bimbo Bread" brand.

Do try Cafe Colony Restaurant (Near Tilak Bridge, Hindu Colony, Dadar East) The Mawa Cake is awesome & so is the Brun Maska. Saranga Dada will definetly love it! (as per his Puneri Standards :))

You should have tried the mutton and chicken patice at the original persian bakery a few lanes ahead on grant road . There bakery products are good too like jam puff. All the places u visited are for dead people who's soul left earth a long time ago. Just the b merwans mawa cake is good. @bha2pa

मावा केक Merwan's Andheri West छान आहे. तो पण पटापट संपतो. तेवढा छान आमच्या लहानपणी आम्ही ग्रँट रोड ला खाल्ला आहे. पण ती quality आता नाही मिळत. त्या नंतर आता अंधेरी वेस्ट चांगला आहे. परंतु त्यांची ही branch नाही आहे. मी तर ग्रँट रोड मध्ये विचारून पण झालं. जसं पॉला म्हणाली जायफळ त्या प्रमाणे इथे वेलची चा वास येतो. तुम्ही छान episode केला आहे. इराणी बेकरी कमी झाल्या आहेत कदचित ग्रँट रोड ची बंद होईल. पूर्वी जो rush होता तो नाही दिसत.
