BEST BEEF STUFFY FOR PARTY SAMOSAS INGREDIENT LIST: SPICES: 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp black pepper (crushed) 1/2 tsp. white pepper (powder) 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 thumb-size ginger (ground) VEGETABLES 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 1 red onion (medium) 1 white onion (medium) 1 or 2 small carrots 2 spring onions 3 Irish potatoes (medium) 3 small hatch red peppers or 1 red scotch bonnet pepper A handful of green beans A handful of parsley leaves MEATS 250g beef (minced) 250g pork (minced) OTHER 1 tablespoon butter (please use butter not margarine) Salt and seasoning of choice to taste NOTES: 1. You can use oil instead of butter but you would not have the same flavor. 2. If you can lay your hands on cumin seeds, use it instead. This will take the flavor to another level.
