Best Belt For Crossfit? Rogue vs. Bear Komplex vs. 2Pood vs. Schiek

So out of this group of weightlifting belts, we've discovered that the Bear Komplex Apex, Rogue Nylon, 2Pood Weightlifting and Schiek 2004 belts performed the best. Which one specifically did Val and I like? (It's in the video).
For this review, we tested specifically against weightlifting, olympic lifting and metcon's.
Here's what we discovered while testing all these belts:
- The strength of the belt comes from width of the strap
- Longer straps are better for metcons
- Wide backs don't seem that useful
- Wide backs are hard to center

Great review! I have a schiek and love it, I always feel like a standard belt is grinding my hips/ribcage.

Love the 2Pood belt, personally do not use the WODclamp unless I'm above 75% and need something to lock me in as I've had other velcro belts open when at the bottom of heavy movements...

Its been scientifically proven shirtless WOD's are faster lol, in all seriousness awesome review. Answered all the questions i had for transitioning from a heavier lift into burpees or a movement that wouldn't require a belt. Thanks!
