From what I can tell most people actually recomend EPOE-Forked over RBSE, you mentioned them not being compatible but is there a reason why you prefer this one over EPOE?

Genuinely great question and not one I was expecting honestly! I think EPOE has got a lot of bionics (I think) which offers a lot more for gameplay but Rahs mod which admittedly has less mods however the bionics fit vanilla rimworld PERFECTLY, I gotta look more into EPOE, reviewing that one would for sure be a good idea!

For me personally I think it doesn't fit in with many scenarios and adds too much stuff while in this it has just the right amount. (Heavy personal opinion)

RBSE can cure almost everything with surgery except brain issues, EPOE-forked upgrades the Royalty specific bionics to advanced versions. That's the main difference I found

Subjective. For OP bionics I personally prefer archotech expanded + more archotech garbage (one adds shit, other makes it's crafting reasonable). It's just what you would expect - a single leg costs 20k+ silver but is 200% efficient and hardy af. Pretty much you can barely get one in midgame, no chance to get one in earlygame and it's still a massive task in the lategame. Since basegame boinics are balanced in a way you can just mass-produce em by the lategame it fits really well. You also get converters with it, something like 200k+ silver item that instantly replaces every part to artificial one.

You can already remove organs from people. This mod just allows you to make organs to replace things that got broke. Using this and the life support mod will allow you to replace hearts and livers. Normally as soon as you remove someones heart or liver they die instantly.

Could you please look into doing a vid on Ushankas Luciferium Expansion? Its a brand new mod that has a "Vanilla Expanded" esque page and perhaps quality, but its not made by Oskar or anyone from the VE team. Hes also done 2 other mods: Glitterworld Uprising and Biological Warfare. Seems very interesting and worth checking out because theres so much to show off.
