Ingredients List :
1-cup(125g) Corn flour OR Corn starch
3-cup (750ml) Water (to dilute corn flour)
2.5-cup (450g) Sugar +1/2-Cup(125ml) water
1-tbsp Lemon juice
Food color - Orange/Red/yellow/green
1/4 -Cup (100g) Ghee
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder (4 to 5 nos.)
1-tbsp Rose Water
Chopped nuts - a handful (I used cashews, pistachios’ and melon seeds)

Probably I had seen this video 10 times to start making. But the stirring time of 45 mins make me tired before start itself. You have lot of left hand strength. We righties are weak. Whatever happen I determined today I WILL PREPARE. I hope this 56 yrs have strength in hands.
