Bread is one of the most eatable food in the whole world but the main problem is that a diabetic patient cannot eats it as other eats
because of its high glycemic index properties but there are different kinds of breads like white bread bran bread, brown bread whole wheat bread
and others sourdough bread and brioche bread as well which has different levels of sugar and carbs. Some breads have high glycemic index
and some has low. In this video we have compared two breads like white bread and brown bread and explained in detail that how brown bread
is better than white bread as it is high in fiber and low in Glycemic index.
