That's a great price on that anvil. I purchased mine back in 2021 and I paid $339.00 for it and it is the very same 132 lb. anvil that you are showing here. So far it's held up nicely

ive never used an anvil, but i just ordered the 132 lb Vevor. I think as i learn it will be perfect. its hard for someone brand new to justify buying an expensive vintage USA anvil unless they are rich, and I'm not. thanks for sharing

They also sell a black version that's rated at 55 rockwell (the blue is supposed to be 50). I've had one for about a year and I'm really happy with mine. It took a while to clean up and prep for use, but that's all part of the fun. good solid piece of steel. Note that the top is surface ground, which leaves a 'texture' (its really cosmetic, you can't feel it) on the surface and most of the time when you see a dent in the face what you're really looking at is a disruption in the surface micro-texture. I ran an indicator across a couple 'dents' and picked up less than a tenth, if anything at all. I'd definitely but it again if mine suddenly melted or something.

I've got a track anvil and it's been working great for me, but if I had the money for one of these I would absolutely do it.

one of the other benefits to the vevor anvils are they get delivered to your door, if you trying to get an old anvil 99% of the time you got to go and pick it up yourself, for someomne starting out who may not have a car ye this is a real advantage too, i got unlucky with the first one in it had some faults and they gave me a full refund and told me i could keep it due to return shipping being more than the anvil is worth, the second one was as expected from all the great reviews of them, for the cost they really are a no brainer choice i'd say well done to vevor or the company making them for putting new hardened steel anvils out there for so cheap. money for money you cant get an old one in good condition for twice what these sell for. its a shame about the sizin and positioning of the two holes, they said the position was to allow for a long socket bar to pass through to the bolt down holes in the feet, as mentiond a flat ledge and a better size hole for the pritchel would have been an easy rectification as they are cast, along with a more standard size hardy on some of the various sized anvils over all 10/10, for price 8/10 for design, 8.5/10 for casting

Lie to yourself brother, this anvil is piece of junk infront of those anvils you already have... Even any newcomer can see the huge difference between those anvils.
