a trick: you can watch movies at flixzone. I've been using them for watching lots of of movies lately.

For my strength level, I'd probably go 20 lbs or 30. Anything higher than 30 for me makes it harder to go higher reps.

@@NoFate247 Thanks but you mentioned in your video 20 lbs was too much. All the "advice" says to start at 20 for a fit male but , like you said, most guys let their ego get in the way.

Thanks! I think this is a fun accessory for someone's home gym and def. worth the low cost. Not an every week workout thing for me but fun to have on hand.

I just bought 10,20,30 slam balls from titan fitness. I do not use them as a slam ball. I use them as regular medicine balls....they are so much cheaper yet I use them every other day for full body workouts using. I use free weights mon-wed-fri..I use the slam balls for full body ball workouts tues-thurs-sat...sun off.. as well as 5 mile jog every other day. These ball workouts are incredible....It gives your muscles the variation to keep growing... I cant believe they sell 150 pound slam balls. That's nuts.... Good video....was hard to decide if I wanted to go with the tread ball vs the smooth ball. I run the rack with these when doing slam ball workouts.....30 as many times,20 as many times, 10 as many times..... The big mistake I feel home gymers make are putting the stuff in the corner out of the way. Man my stuff stays in my livingroom….because its right there. you see it every day. Its not in the basement corner.... BTW your code did not work at all.

I own 24 titan fitness slamballs and medicine balls. All work good and no issues so far.... 10 pounds up to 150

@@NoFate247 I strength train, do super sets, drop sets etc.. i go to a gym but alternate. m-w-f i hit the gym. t-th-sat i do home workouts with all kettle bells and slam balls. sunday i relax

Crocs are the power move people don't realize!! Easy on and off, but you can still hook the heel if you want. Can wash them with disinfectant, last forever, and are cheap. Can wear them through an air port or onto the beach. They are the swiss army knife of foot wear
