I've been trying to figure out which is my fav restaurant from the big chains, Hamazushi, Sushiro, Kurazushi and Kappazushi. I think currently Hamazushi and Kappazushi are tied in first place, but I guess I'll need to branch out and try some of these places I've never heard of! Thanks for the recommendations!

I don't mind coughing up a bit of cash for some higher end sushi, but if my wallet was feeling a little light, I would check out the unagi at Uogashi!

People I will be with in Japan love seafood but I do not. Do these places have any chicken or beef teriyaki? That’s usually what I order here in the states when friends want to go to a sushi spot

Places like Uobei and Sushiro do have some other menu options like karaage and small bowls of ramen. Most of the menu will be seafood though.
