Thats a damn good sign @Bob Hutchinson. Well I was told I could leave the hospital today but I still need a biopsy done on my lung. I could do it out patient but could take months to be seen or I could stay put and wait 2 days to do it here. I think Im going to wait rather then wait more. If I miss you guys Monday keep me in your thoughts. The c word is really scary to think about.

Looks good but I wonder why Kenan hasn’t added some floating Frog-Bit, Water Lettuce or Water Hyacinth yet to mitigate algae issues(?) They all can be collected locally, thinned out & managed easily, provide shade/hides/spawning media for the fish and (possibly) food for some turtle species. Water Hyacinth flowers are also attractive & resemble the familiar spring-blooming, purple hyacinth. Marginal plants like Lotus & Dwarf Lotus have huge leaves and in addition to blocking sun also provide amazing visual interest with huge, fragrant flowers in a wide variety of colors. I believe certain lotus are either native to or are invasive in FL. Having established themselves locally they can also be collected easily. Also; planting vines like Passiflora & Bengal Clock Vine (a Thunbergia) would grow and obscure the fence between the two areas and make it look less “divided” and more like a natural, tropical “jungle environment.”

Caiman Creek is really shaping up and filling out beautifully! Can't wait until it gets more overgrown like Slinky's enclosure is. It will take time but I'm positive that they will become accustomed to you and their space and become more outgoing. I know that you have the patience and positivity to wait for this to occur. ✌🇨🇦🐊🐍🐢🦎🐕

I suspect the caiman are still adjusting to their new environment. At Fred's place there was a heavy over story & what appeared to be dark water. All of this proving cover & security. You took that away when you moved them. Hence why the smooth fronts adopted the cave so quickly. Dale & Snaggeltooth certainly didn't seem to mind it though. Their both Large & in charge... Right Kate? ;);)

I agree they're habitat has changed drastically from heavy cover and darkness and dark water so everything being bright and sunny and it's 100% change they'll have to get used to it before they settle in

What is great about this channel is that it looks all genuine. Nothing looks really faked, the cameras are blurry at times, moving, and there is none of that fake, forced, YT happiness. It's all genuine. Plus, we get to see cool animals.

Caiman Creek is coming along splendidly! You can really see that you’ve been putting your heart and soul into this project and everything is looking amazing. Keep up the good work Kenan. I can’t wait until your daughter is old enough to be able to help with the caiman and other larger animals at Kamp Kenan. You’re definitely doing a great job with her as well and I can tell she loves this place and the animals just as much as you. Love watching your channel man. Its very mature. Very smooth contents. Loving the spacious enclosures you provide for the animals. You can never go too big. The caiman creek is looking incredible. I cant wait to see what it will look like once all the plants are thriving.

It's looking amazing Kenan, you look proud and you have every right to be, this is absolutely what Fred would have envisioned. He knew you'd be the best man for the job and you've not disappointed! We love what you do, we love your ideas and I think its great how by making videos for us, you're noticing things that haven't always worked as you're showing us such as the Croc chow. They will become more trusting to you in time as they'll see you as a food source and less of a predator.....or source of food! Stay safe and keep it up, we appreciate you 🙏

I enjoy the new addition & section of dangerous reptiles u added to the camp... Welcome to *Caiman Creek* ...(BTW... love all the creative names & themes around the camp) ...in loving memory of "grandpa Fred." Man, I'm looking forward to when you're able to hand feed your Caiman on command whenever they learn to adapt to your social training techniques... u always do a fine job, so it's gonna be amazing to see them more acclimated & comfortable to their environment like the rest of your reptiles!

Would be cool to see a 24h live cam set up for their enclosures including for the alligators so we can watch them when you aren't present. I think you mentioned wanting to do it once but that would be really cool.

that tunnel hide you built was an awesome idea. seems to be their favorite place to hang. love how you add so much other life to every enclosure too. def a great idea to put out cameras to spy on them when you aren't there to view. you will learn a lot from those videos I would imagine. thanks for the great content and RIP Fred, you chose the right person for you repti-kids.

Such a great enclosure and ecosystem! You’re doing such a good job! Really am impressed with the transformation to the Kamp! Someday I’d like to come down and tour a bunch of facilities. I’ve got other family business in FL that needs taken care of. Great excuse to feed my reptile obsession!!

Awesome Caiman creek. Looks and sounds amazing. Truly the habit they deserve to have. You mentioned that the male and female have no names. How about naming them. Romeo & Juliet? They need to fall in love… so you get some fertile eggs.xoxo

Looks great can't wait to see it in a year from now. Also maybe put some string across the top of Cayman Creek so maybe it'll help protect your fish from bird. At least until the canopy comes in

The Creek looks amazing! Lucifer looks happy - like he's enjoying his beach quite a bit. I guess it'll take a while for Fred and Wilma, Bonnie and Clyde, Antony and Cleopatra... to become less shy. Okok. Those names weren't that original but I'm sure the right names for the smooth fronts will happen. Lucy and Ricky? LoL Too bad Kenan and Kate are being used right now because those are cute too.

Just wonder if the tetras are quick enough to escape becoming food for the cichlids & (esp) the oscars(?) Don’t think they’d last long together in an indoor aquarium situation.
