Nice job. The rakers just in front of the tooth also needs to be filed down. Just a little below the top of the tooth. If not, at some point. That connects before the tooth has a chance to cut and it will ride on the tops of those and not cut. The first sign is more of saw dust rather then chips. Hope this helps.

Interesting. I've just used the hand file with guide. 3 strokes on each tooth. I find my saw likes to cut crooked in big logs after hand sharpening. I just swap for new chain eventually.

A good Oregon electric chain saw sharpener would do better only cause its more consistent with each tooth but that the best way if you don't own a good one
