here im giving a quick guide for wich character u should build & level up FIRST when wuthering waves launches (may 22) - this guide for rover, should also help u , and give insight of his abilities & capabilities. a QUICK ROVER GUIDE basically. if youre not sure wich character to level up first - LEVEL ROVER ! Rover might be one of the best units for beginners - and definetly worth to put ur ressources in! dont ruin ur account by leveling wrong characters !

It definitely was build issue this morning when I've got to fight with a lvl 45 mob with my little lvl 10 no echoes no weapon free team at the beginning of my game, and got almost instant kill. Whatever you said, I won't believe you, it was a building issue, not a me issue.

Well let's hope they optimize the size with further patches, but such a big bundle size right off the bat means it comes with a lot of permanent things so I mean one way or the other the game was gonna cross 30 gigs anyway

Rover is the safest character to recommend, because he will have access to every element, making you able to use him to bridge any gap in your team building moving forward, he is the most future proof character

FINALLY SOMEONE WHO SAYS NOT TO SLEEP ON ROVER. Seriously, if you're genuinely F2P and planning to earn for the next big thing to pull for in this game, at least focus on grinding and farming for your Rover first. They have the best skills and attack combos only a Traveler could wish for.

For WuWa is actually true. The combat mechanic is no joke layered (dodge, dodge counter, counter parry, heavy / light attack, elemental advantage, outro and intro attack, vertical + horizontal dynamic movements, counter boost / break enemy's flow etc.) It's one of the reason why I like playing WuWa better but failed at getting into Genshin years ago.

Agree. Some parts that is more difficult in PGR can be defeated even being underleveled. People just need to have enough skill to do it. And also patience. Sadly I don't have both so I need the power of leveling until I only have 10 levels at most (decreasingly).

Haven’t even played yet, but I want to main Rover for as long as possible. I love making the MC of games like these just completely op and using them. Hell, my Aether in Genshin is built and does incredible damage! Good luck to everyone playing the game and just have fun with it

I found fun using the MC Outro with the ice sword girl, I find charging her charged attack sometimes taking time and get hit, but with MC Outro I can just intro to the skill, detonate, ult, detonate again and outro back to MC :^)

this game weird, there is no physical damage... even melee basic attack come with element so you can't use only one character because some enemy will immune to their element

The game is good but has a glaring issue, optimization on lower end devices, I'm also on a low end device but genshin runs around constant 30fps low graphics so I can manage it but in wuwa I'm at the lowest but still fluctuate from 15 to 30 in the overworld, the screen starts shaking randomly and the network stability really needs work, I'm on a high speed wifi still face these network issues, hope I'm not the only one here

Just a heads up, it's not just lower end devices. On reddit and KZfaq, many have been talking about stuttering and lagging even on mid - to higher end PCS as well as lower end.

I think WuWa will be optimised trough patch. But yeah I play on Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 and the framerate and connection has its ups and downs. (Got me murked 2 times already :,)))

@@littlepawML well i think getting free pulls for standard banner is fine, my knowledge of WuWa is still shallow so i just do that so i won't make a mistake, so i refrain from pulling on limited banner with the currency for pulls like stellar jade and special ticket (?) like in hsr Thats about it, i use hsr as reference since im not well versed about WuWa and what is the currency called 😅

Yeah that's actually a very cool feature to make MC worth upgrading. With Jianxin and Baizhi, Rover really is a power house of a character. Being lvl 40 i almost cleared 4th floor tower of adversity, with mobs being red 50 lvl

I love that the combat system is layered enough to do that, but you migh counter some issue with ineffective attack for certain element bc that's a mechanic too.

Shanhua is really strong too, if you do the intro+resonance+concert and make the walls explode with the charged you can easily deal an ridiculous amount of damage, Danjin is extremely powerful too, but you need to be really good with timing since you'll always be below half you healt bar with her, but she can deal ridiculous amounts of damage too

The challange in this game probably revolve on who got the best combo skill finisher and who got the best skin (looking at those plain default clothing they wear you should prepare some shopping i guess).

What i think people should build: Dps: Danjin - High risk high reward character. She can also be a support for Havoc-Rover (This is coming from a Danjin main) Sanhua - Fun DDR char who boosts normal attacks for other dps. (Ex: Yuanwu and Encore) Yuanwu - Stronger since Yinlin is out and a DEF scaler (and hes cvnty) support: Baizhi - Just add a Rejuvenating Glow and your dps will do tons of DMG (I hit 29K with her and Danjin) Mortefi - He is so easy to build. Hes good with characters that need charge attack and normal attack (Ex: Danjin, Calcharo, Yuanwu) Taoqi - the only shield 4 star in the game (right now) and DEF scaling

If you want other characters,I suggest Encore,she has a skill set that’s easy to use for beginners and she is very powerful in battles,especially when she’s battling the opposite resonance skill.(aka ice)

I realize this during first play and I just make a team with Baizhi for healing (early to mid until getting the full skill heal upgrades with rover) and Jianxin to pull enemies in one spot for AOE plus when you just find cascets, exploration, and story for the skill upgrades I knew the main would end up being a hard carry.

The only power house is The skill issue and character skill issue because whether you can mash them together into your own play style or not is up to your neuron activation and your finger delay (Don't forget the fast internet for faster ping)

HSR and WuWa have the best MCs in every gacha game I have played that has MC. Genshin really could never. Havoc rover is really a good character and she also has cool animation. In HSR all trailblazer paths are useful especially preservation and Harmony.

Unfortunately all my Light echos are pretty terrible for my Rover. It never fails that I get shit I cant use so i sit there thinkng " fuck this.. I'm just running my Havoc echos instead."
