Compare smasher with high speed motor vs new traxxas with transmitter receiver set up .... and or. Smasher with new set up on 3s and high speed motor installed

For tiny basher king, my vote is the FMT24. Side by side it's nearly as fast as grom top speed but the punch and acceleration is way more fun. Stock so far

That's a true basher with independent suspension all around and a lexan body. Monster trucks are in a different class though.

TRX4MT is not tragically bad! It's like a mini Clodbuster. I still enjoy my Clod and I've got an LMT!😎

@@JT-6s Walmart RC cars cannot be modded with aftermarket parts bud. Plus no one leaves their RCs stock! I really like the mini LMT, but I cannot justify that price tag! I'd rather get a full size RC for that! I already have a TRX4m so it's cheaper just to convert it to the MT.

@@ectorvalle4059this thing is 200 bucks,the losi is miles better for 70 more bucks.I would have much harder time justifying this 200 seeing what you get out the box vs losi out the box

Great mod! What battery did you use? How long did it run with that battery? Did you need any additional wiring and plugs?

I usually run the galaxy lipos. Didn’t really time the run time but probably a solid 10 mins of ripping. Just depends how wide open you hold it lol. The only other wiring needed is the adapter for the motor that I mentioned. itgresa.com/product/galaxy-450mah-3s-lipoly-pack/

So the trx4mt is $200, mini LMT is like $270. What'd you rather have if you could only pick one: The traxxas with $70 worth of upgrades (however you wanna spend it) or a bone stock LMT? which one is going to perform better, be more fun, durable, ect?

The lmt no doubt for me! It’s way more stable and just performs more like a monster truck. Even if I went brushless with the Trx4m I feel like I’d still rather have the lmt. It’s just really good out of the box imo and a lot of fun immediately. It really don’t need any upgrades so you can sort of choose where to spend your money vs having to chase speed with your money in the Trx4m. I also feel like the body will just hold up better on the lmt. Thats just my opinion though.

The ESC upgrade on the TRX4MT made a big difference! The stock motor is still slow though. It's only fair to upgrade the motor also with a Mofo Big Block or equivalent before they go head to head. I can't wait to see that because I know that the "TMT" (Traxxas monster truck) will be fast! If I recall correctly the Mofo Big Block is 3S capable also! 👍🏽

They are hard to come by anymore. They are flywheels stunt ramps. I got mine off Amazon but I can’t find them hardly anywhere anymore. Seen a couple on eBay of the later ones that don’t clip together but that’s all I can find. I guess they quit making them.
