How did you get into youtube?
I've always loved making food videos and that's how it started. KZfaq starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn't work that way :)
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.

Thanks for featuring my hometown Bacolod City. I'd in few Asian countries like Japan, Malayssia, Singapore, Thailand but I never encounter the best inasal chicken compared to my hometown...Bacolod inasal is still the best and I still love it na mii miiss ko na but soon Im gonna enjoy the juicy chicken they have Isol or the chicken ass is one of my favorites. I remember my manager, he is from Bacolod and the first person who introduced me to Bacolod Inasal. Super yummy! Its tastier if you put a lil salt in your rice and inasal on top

Legit presentation. The chef was on point on the marinade. In my opinion though, one of main reasons not mentioned why the inasal in Bacolod tastes better than other versions (aside from being OG) is due to the fact that poultry farms are abundant in the capital and nearby cities. This means fresh chicken meat is almost always available. No need to store in freezers as suppliers can deliver them on a daily basis. In the olden days, the option for free range chickens are pretty common which could've contributed to how the Bacolod inasal gained its reputation. Great job for a very insightful video.

Hi erwan! Love this video as I am from Passi City, Iloilo and we also enjoy the same chicken inasal as from Negros. Im now working in UAE and you made me miss my hometown favorites again. By the way, the word “tinae” means intestines. I love chicken tinae among other special parts especially in Esong’s Inasal in Passi. That is the only one that I enjoyed since I was a kid. I grow up eating inasal. This was our quick fix if we don't prepare or cook anything. We get this at every roadside stands of Negros. And we call that oil Chicken oil just FYI. I enjoy this segment. Reminds me of home. Greetings from Houston, Texas.

My mom is from Bacolod. She told me to get the Chicken Inasal when we visited, and indeed, it is the best! Also, do you by chance have a video while you were in Portland, Oregon a few months ago? I'm from Portland and wanted to see the places you went to while you were there. All of all, I love this video and all the content you create! :D
