I use these everyday at work. An apprentice didnt want to pay Klein price so got the Amazon Basics Clone for $11. They both do the same job, and I always use the non insulated or the spot between the two

I bought those same Kleins a couple years ago and have had good luck with them. Unfortunately I haven't had good experiences using the insulated die. The wires kept pulling out when I did a tug test. I've begun using uninsulated connectors with adhesive-lined heat shrink around them. When I do need to use an insulated connector, I use the non-insulated die with the tooth opposite the seam.

I picked up the Doyle, Harbor Freight's Klein clone and very satisfied.

Modified mine by milling the cutter off and ground the nose to contour with the tool body . Needed the extra room for tight spaces .

Nice! I've just started to play around with things like that, but I think I'm going to going to need a bit more experience before I commit to a dedicated pair of crimpers.

Thomas and betts is a great tool if you are using them every day.
