Wow! That was almost like going to Michael’s with myself 😂. Although I don’t routinely by my paints from Michaels, unless I just need a tube or two, I do get most of my other supplies there. I believe I have about 90% of the items you showed. Once again, fantastic video with so many great tips. Keep up the good work and I’ll catch ya on the next video.

Thanks for all the tips! You keep it real. Any tips on framing canvases? I like the finished look a painting has when framed. I do look for sales and coupons from Michaels, Blick and HLobby but what about other options… any suggestions? What about open back frames? Have you tried them?

If you are framing normal canvas I highly recommend these frames here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ht9iddyfuM-mZIU.html Hard to beat for the price. If you are looking more for the custom look... them go with Michael's when they have a sale... which is about once ever 2 to 3 monthes... Use those coupons too :)

You mentioned getting the Windsor Newton water mixable oil. With those do you recommend getting other brushes? As I remember Bob saying you shouldn’t wash your brushes with water. I have little girls interested in painting and I’m trying to find ways to paint with them.

You can do Both ha ha ha. I do recommend getting some new brushes for WM paints BUT you can also use your Bob Ross brushes. If you use your BR brushes just make sure that you clean them directly after and you condition them.
