The Piano Must Have Really Good Quality Grand Piano Sounds, The "3-Pedal-System", Great Features ( Metronome, Recording, Blending- When You Can Blend 2 Sounds Together... For Example: E.Piano + Guitar ect.) Weighted Or Hammer Action Keys, Is Portable And Is Under A 1000 Euro.

It depends which Kawai you're comparing to the Casio. The grand feel actions in kawai keyboards are inferior to Casio grand hybrid action. I tested both side by side and the Kawai felt like a toy by comparison

The guardian have an online article titled 'Major Austrian timber firm accused of illegal logging in România'. Every day I get Facebook posts showing trains and lorries 'exporting' the felled ancient forests. It's now deemed to be a national security risk to Romania and therefore Europe.

hope casio made same keyaction in composit plastic, save nature and better when key getting old. Wood and glued plastic topp would fall a part.

Hi, I'm Marcio and I'm a pianist, I'm also looking to buy a hybrid piano with the best action in the market, because like you said in the video that's what a piano is all about... but there's a new hybrid piano that no one is talking about... it's from Schulze Pollmann a very well known brand and it's call "ilpiano" Can You Bonners Music make a video about it... there's a lot features that a picture can't reveal, like the action, the technology imbedded on capturing the sound, the mechanics of the keyboard, the sound, etc... Before I make the buy it's important to know what are the best options in the market, up until now Yamaha is the best, but if the money is not an issue a Alpha piano is the Ferrari of the Hybrid world... thank you all for everything...

Wooden Key Mechanism in Digital piano make beliefs would be a genuine effort and commendable if the mechanism by itself would be the only concern to make an electronic entity favorably compare to the genuine counterpart acoustic pianos. Not so. There are many other issues or factors that come into play to really equate one with the other. The truth is that the electronic units differ so much from from their acoustic fathers that they will never reach the real piano status even when eventually they will sound the 'same as' simply because the technically ignorant classical music virtuosos who, incidentally, will never buy a digital piano, are advancing the cause of a musical instrument which they traditionally play well but which, functionally and technically speaking, for the most part know nothing of. Ask these playing virtuosos, if they know how to tune and/or regulate their pianos. They will simply tell you: 'I just play it.' The voice of these not buying minority has established, for all of us other non virtuoso critters, the costlier 'traditional wooden keyboard fad' alternative. The real issue here is that the electronic units are a somewhat different animal and, I would dare say that for the better. Eventually, in a not so far future, acoustic pianos will be a thing of the past. Acoustic pianos are a very frail invention and the only reason they have not been put aside is, because up until now, there.here were no alternatives to substitute them. Nowadays, to own a good or best acoustic piano you would have to be either a fanatic, a masochist or a very rich person. There is no way you could maintain an acoustic piano working properly unless you keep it in a sealed room where temperature & humidity are constant and where termites cannot enter. Not mentioning the fact that the delicate mechanical keyboard components and strings have to be constantly adjusted (regulated) and maintained. Let's be honest, electronic pianos are practically bullet proof. Except, when they (the manufacturer's) introduced the wooden keyboard mechanisms. For all the reasons previously mentioned and because their wooden mechanisms have not been built with termite/humidity proof woods and warrantied not to require maintenance. There is no real reason why they cannot manufacture properly weighted plastic counterparts. It's just a hypocritically assumed goal to reach the unreachable in making one animal specie into another entirely different one. Lets face it, electronic pianos will never be equal to their stringed stringed acoustical cousins for the same reason that chimpanzees will never be human. Both acoustic & digital piano and chimpanzees & humans are four different entities. I have mentioned the many reasons why I would not buy an acoustical piano. Believe me, there are many more reasons in favor of buying digital pianos and to be honest I own very good one. But if digital pianos plastic keyboards where to be substituted with outdated wooden mechanisms, I would never buy one, simply because even with today's improved mechanism, no manufacturer has expressed a warranty that their product is maintenance and termite proof (i live in a tropical country, I know about termites and humidity). And, of course, because acoustical apes will never be digital humans. The 'wooden keys' hype is just an expensive sales gimmick and they know it. Besides, wood forests replenishment should be declared a crime against our natural green resources. Ask the best and most reputable guitar manufacturer's who are substituting wood parts for plastic counterparts because they have assumed a very futuristic commendable green attitude and conscience. Digital piano manufacturers have suddenly started putting obstacles in the way of technological and ecological progress. To think that they were in the right track when they started building excellent plastic counterparts for the new electronic pianos and now suddenly decided to become retrogrades, just to satisfy the virtuoso fanatics that will never buy them. How is it, we don't see them substituting the wooden keyboards for better plastic ones in their acoustic pianos on the way of lowering manufacturing/selling costs and assuming a greener earth conscience at the same time? To say the least, hearing the above dumbbell's defense of the latest wooden keyboard fad is, to say the least, pathetic ! Specially if you look closely and notice the plastic hammer and escapement parts.

it is often considered favorable to have something in 'real' wood but do you give a thought as to where that wood is coming from? An Austrian company is wilfully hacking down Europe's forest without sustainability. Raping the land, destroying animals habitat and thus the animals themselves. It's been deemed illegal but has not stopped. There are good reasons to move away from classic materials which were initially used because when pianoforte 's were made in the past wood was the only viable material. I'd prefer responsible manufacturing where a high class plastic material was used rather than selling the device where our environment was not being destroyed as a legacy for our children. Otherwise, a great video and piano.

Do you know why shitty countries are shitty countries, because their governments with all their employes are corrupt and let things like, what you claim, happen. This is the only and major difference between stable and prosperous countries and eastern european or african countries.

What get's me is the display of a hammer shaped weight.. all that was necessary was to have a weight, and the lack of double escapement which this action seem to be imitating.. it's a fake which debases the whole question of digital pianos (compare this to the higher value Yamaha digital pianos!!).. I will avoid purchasing this brand! how much did casio need to pay Beckstein to have their name used like this? .. "same materials that are used by Beckstein" the guy said... Beckstein does not use plastic hammers, they use felt
