@@whatsup9260 I’m looking at the space X capsules that successfully go to the space station. As for the huge starship, I’m guessing it will eventually work, same way the rockets used to blow up but now work very well.

@@GT-22 the fundamentals of SpaceX is fine, Musk is burning the money but also risk to do to SpaceX what happened to the NASA but in worst. Musk behavior risk making people pissed that the money got wasted in fraud like behavior and political ventures. NASA lost the funding a while ago as people bored away from it due to lack of interest and misunderstanding of what comes out of those space programs and NASA was already therte in the 60's/70's while Musk is making some mistakes that they had already resolved. add this money been awailable from the 90's to now for NASA, its likely that ''SpaceX'' would be a 90's thing ... not taking away from the people under Musk, they obviously are doing miracle judging on his behavior in other project of his where it was shown beiong employed by him may not be as glamourour as expected. he seems to be a well connected person or well timed to get that money on it ... but

yes, the stratosphere ends at about 30 miles up. if you watch the trailer very closely, you will see that the meteor is already a fireball with earth no where in sight! At any rate, the whole movie looks pretty hokey.
