Great comparison video JP, I had the pioneer HD’s 1500, which fell to bits after 12 months, you can’t beat the HD25’s though, had some years ago (got stolen at a gig), been using the Bose qc35ii (wired) for ages now, not really DJ cans, but can’t justify buying anymore just yet? Keep it up mate. 🎤🎧😎

Great review. As you know the HD25s are always my go to. Agreed on the comfort but the sound is 2nd to none

I would have thought the X5 would be the winner. More comfort. Being completely over ear would cut background sounds out also. Nice content. Keep them coming.Happy new year also.

So the X5s come first in sturdiness and comfort and a close second in sound quality but are not the best overall? How do the HD25s stack up against the M50x?

If Pioneer had a Bluetooth and corded version of the X10, I'd be all over them, you can't beat their sound quality during an actual gig.

They all work well enough for DJing, currently I’m using the HD25’s at gigs

I've been using HD25 for years and I did have some issues in this regard. If I play at a festival, I really have to crank that volume, its not good.

pionneer need to remake a better version of the hdj-c70.. i have 3 pair now.. this is how i like them... hd25 suck cant believe people like this piece of crap.. buy new ears

The HD25’s reflect what is going through the controller / CDJ’s with no artificial enhancement so effectively flat. That is why they are such good headphones for DJ’s 😎👍🏻
