O MY....those little DT silver trays came out AMAZING...I just love them...the shape is perfect for all types of decor and making just about ANY seasonal project...the little baby ducks were the PERFECT addition....but I have to say, ALL of these are AMAZING...but the piece de resistance....was those beautiful hammered flowers...WHO KNEW????!!!! The hammered flowers background fabric looks like duck canvas to me.....I have hand written onto this before, it takes ink and paint so well!

The decoupage paper is so stinking cute. Thank you so much for the inspiration ❤ I get all different size wooden cigar boxes at my smoke shop for 1 dollar or 2. Sometimes free. They are so much fun to craft with. If you have never looked at your smoke shop for them ots worse stopping at one. Most sell them when they empty.

love love the hammered flowers. DT has some paper packets that contain some nice heavier paper that i think will be good for that. can’t wait to do this outside, i’ll have those same flowers in my garden by next month hopefully!

i use those DT trays all the time for my larger crafts, although i can never find the oval ones. you can also use brown or black or even gold paint to make a faux chippy look on the edges. i also use the brown antiquing wax to age them. they can sit up nicely with a plate stand.

My Mother-in-law had two wooden silverware boxes: one for silver and one with gold each were 8 pieces settings. I got the box containing the silver place settings. I should have gotten both boxes, because my brother in-law went to jail for the 20th time for drugs and his drug buddies got in the house and stole everything, even though, we reported to the sheriff office that no one was supposed to be living in the house. I still filed a police report. The criminals said that my brother-in-law said they could stay there. My son went and visited my BIL in jail and he was told no one is supposed to be in the house. Called the sheriff department back out and told them what was said. When my BIL got out of jail, those thugs had taken everything out of the house. Furniture, appliances, toilets, everything. He came back to nothing. He got my in-laws home after they passed away. Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home. Shame how criminals have more rights than the law abiding citizens who know what is going on.

Question: After you use the mesh stencil do you need to clean it off? Love how it came out. So many cute, simple, easy ideas to carry you thru Spring & Summer. TFS. 😊❤👍🐰🐇🐣🪻🌷🌼
