21:48 The subtitles are wrong; Shax is saying, "I brought your mail". That's what is stacking up beside the front door, Crowley's mail that is still being sent to the Mayfair flat.

The fez is a Doctor Who reference. Matt Smith's version of the Doctor has a thing for hats, especially red fezzes. "I wear a fez now. Fezzes are cool."

Shax is living in the flat that Crowley used to have (it's "owned" by Hell, I guess, and is a perk of being Hell's representative on Earth, which is why Crowley is now living in his car). The caption is wrong. Shax actually says, "I've got your mail." It's mail sent to him at his old address, where Shax now lives.

He's an annoying little shit who got what he deserved. Correcting the boss is always a dumb idea. He's that irritating coworker who keeps interrupting the boring presentation with comments that don't help anything and just make everyone sit there longer.

Since you haven't reviewed the older episodes recently, I'd just like to point out that Azi said that in Jane Austin's novels, people would dance together at a ball and figure out that they had misunderstood each other and were actually deeply in love. That is why he was holding the ball for Nina and Maggie - they were supposed to figure it out. In my opinion, when he asked Crowley to dance, he was making his move with Crowley. The look on his face as he grabs Crowley's hand is priceless. (Of course, Azi is incorrect that this is how love actually happens, but I believe that was his hope at that moment.) Shax's timing was quite bad.

The Fez!!! Me: Doctor Who!! The productionteam: Tommy Cooper. Also the "You're a good lad" to what Crowly replies: "I'm not actually. Either" So Crowley thinks of himself as 'no good' and 'no lad'. Interesting.

As adorable as it is (and it very much is), the "rescuing me makes him so happy" logic is somewhat... suspect. What if Crowley thinks there's no alternative, and sacrifices himself to save Aziraphale? Boy would Azi's face be red, and boy would Azi's boyfriend be dead.
