BEST EVER: Let's Make a Colorful & Delicious Tuna Salad for Spring/Summer!!! #shorts
Today, I am sharing a delicious and colorful tuna salad that is so easy to make, and its perfect for Spring & Summer!
The ingredients you will need are cucumber, 1 can of sweet yellow corn, red onion, tomato, (2) cans of tuna, jalapeño pepper, parsley, lime, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.
Directions:
---Cut a cucumber into small bites
---Add sweet yellow corn
---Add diced red onion
---Add a diced tomato
---(2) cans of tuna
---Add some jalapeño peppers
---Add parsley
---The juice of one lime
---4-5 tablespoons of your favorite mayo
---Season to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder
---Stir and combine all ingredients together
Refrigerate for a couple of hours ...
***Serve on a croissant, with crackers, or eat as is!
