Nigerian superiority and general I don't care attitude kills customer service. Its everywhere, in the banks, telecoms etc.

Wonderful tour of the resort. Mr.Nkwa. thank you for showing us around it, the boat ride looks luxury. Great photography and direction.❤ Take care.

Thanks David 4 this update. Customer service for such a resort is paramount. What if it was an emergency 🤔. terrible, no food for kids for room service. It's a NO NO this resort's services let them down I hope they listen to you feedback. Thanks David , I won't be trying the place no matter the cost.

Beautiful Family, I guess, my family have carried food. Anyway, I was in search for the wholesale factory where those sell Tiger nuts, however, I cannot find it your channel. it's, drop-off ????

Sounds like the Nigerian factor is very much at work at the resort. It looks like a nice place, but the service sucks.

What is the price to stay there and how much does it cost. Can a poor man afford this place, we are not as rich as King David Nkwa.

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 My boss, I am sure you can afford it . The prices varies which is why I did not talk about it. However, it is always over a 100,000naira regardless

Sadly it’s not just the staff at Lakowe Lakes but Mixta as a whole. The level of service offered is abysmal. Very unreliable and do not come through on their promises.

Nigerian companies lack service culture, let alone excellent service culture. That is the reason they care less about service delivery and getting adequately trained staff. Now you have built an empire to give worst customer experience.
