4 Cups of APF
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 Egg
1/2 cup of water
For the fish filling ( you’ll need...
2 mackerel fish
2 teaspoon curry
2 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon white pepper
1 medium onion
1 Maggi
2 small garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil

This is great. The video made me remember how we used to que right in front of a fish roll seller when we are in primary school. The woman always add pealed onions into the groundnut oil she used in frying the fish roll to give it nice aroma. You have really made my day with this video clip. 👏

I love fish roll but sis if you add shredded carrot to this filling, it will take it to another level. Smoked kpanla fish is also a blast in fish roll as it doesn't shrink like thses ones
