I started a fish roll business days ago, and i tell you it's been hectic making just 40, it takes hours, and just as i was about to give up and pick something else this particular idea came to mind and i needed a video to show me more, i came online and saw this video, thanks so much. Making something like this can be very labor intensive, but you find ways to make the work easier. Two suggestions: If you can find a small company to prepare the fish in advance, it will save you a lot of time. The source needs to be really fresh, good clean, and high quality. You can then season the fish mix to your taste and freeze in bulk. The crust is so easy to prepare, but that could also be made in advance and frozen Just a few ideas.
