So glad you enjoyed our Mx food! Thanks for sharing… Roma Norte is one of the most gentrified zones, restaurants are good, but “fancy” … best dishes are eaten on the streets… However, as a Mexican living abroad, I was salivating … kudos!

Vous avez très bien commencé avec les quesadillas de rue, puis une énorme erreur avec ces restaurants d'auteur. La meilleure nourriture mexicaine se trouve dans les rues et les marchés.

this is not the real mexico🤣 its in the most gentrified neighbourhood😅 go to some real pueblo not condesa or roma🤣 there is other food other than tacos and quesadillas🤣 go to tepito and lets find out how long you gon survive😅

Although true for the gentrification part, the last part of your message is mean and unnecesary. Any chilango knows Tepito is not a walk at the park, for anybody. Be nice to people specially when they didnt do any harm to your culture.

And this is all part of the real mexico, the poor class is not real mexico so I dont know why you are trying to paint Mexico as such, when you are able to afford traveling and a passport, try discovering Mexico in all aspects not just the poverty class....

because of its diversity, Mexican food in the USA lacks that diversity, they only offer very generic mexican staples, my family is from Veracruz and its VERY rare finding Veracruz cuisine in the states, our cuisine is extremely different
