Girl I went on a mission after watching one of your older videos two weeks ago. I got : >Quench leave-in conditioner >Dont shrink gel >Frizz Rebel Oil >And I wanted Purify me shampoo and couldn't find it so got "Oh so clean" but I recently found "Purify me" but havnt had a chance to use it yet.

Im using aunt jackie cocowash, coco conditioner, butter cream, black castor oil( i started last month and the growth is unbelievable). I do have curl boss which i havent used coz im always inthe house so i dont really style my hair. My go to protective hairstyle is benny and betty

All these gels don’t flake if used correctly and also allowing your hair to dry. I feel that the Ice curls and Eco have much better hold, I have very kinky coils but you’d never tell because of the gels. I hope it works for you too 😊

I use the Red Ecostyer (Argan Oil) and have for more than 3 years. If I'm wearing my hair natural I wash once a week and Ecostyer really holds my curls well. I scalp has gotten a bit dry but I think that's cause haven't been using oil on it, can't blame the gel for that.

You can use oils while there fell on your hair, it actually adds for shine, so take care of your scalp ✨

@@chatwithtisa the Eco one, especially yellow one doesn't it cause yellow flakes compared to the clear one. I am not sure if i am putting a lot, it cause flakes but 😍 it like you mentioned for layering

I’ve never used Eco throughout my whole head, only on the edges, and I’ve never tried the yellow one, I like this green one band I’ll keep using it for the edges. When you experience flaking always use water and some oil to help you out, it always works out for me😊

I can completely understand why you did that, LOC was also getting to me, I kept telling my friends I’d relax or cut, I finally tried the gel early 2020 and I’ve never looked back.

I think I'm gonna try this technique. You make this natural hair journey so simple. At 1st you said you don't use a shampoo I see you don't even use a satin/silk gear when you go to sleep And now you don't use the LOC method anymore🤔... hmm All I know is that I'm a product junkie who hardly ever uses products. I have the Eco styler gel that I have never used, I usually do my hair at the salon since its a struggle to DIY😫😫

Not using shampoo is the best thing I’ve done for my hair, I wear a satin duku (scarf) on days when I don’t do the plastic bag method. LOC is tiring and I’ve retired from it till further notice 😊 I remember going to the salon once and I wasn’t impressed so I never went back again, I took the time to just learn to do it myself and I’ve been doing so since 2015 😇

Loc method is tiring. I also wash once in 2 weeks and do loc method and after that its just water and oil.

I can’t go back to LOC after these gels have simplified my life for almost two years. I spend the whole day with LOC and the hair would still not be ready to style and go. I’m also good friends with the water and oils, I have no use for butters hey.
