I think it’s about time I showed you guys how I take care of my hair while I have that gel in the whole month without washing it out after the first application. I’ve following this routine for over a year now, it’s helped me to not need to use protective style to stretch out my hair, saves me time and the daily hassle of hair care.

I just straightened my hair and just have it in braids now so it still has the natural curl pattern. Natural hair journey over these past two years was fun 🤡🤐 I just couldn’t maintain it anymore. You have such thick beautiful hair 🙌🏽🙌🏽

I completely understand. It can be time consuming and frustrating. I just chose to keep pushing because it would be my first time having my hair natural in my life, I just wanted to be able to say I did it and I tried. Our hair is so beautiful☀️

I think natural hair is easy when its this long. Your hair is healthy and long, very nice. How old is your hair?

I don’t think it’s easier, I think every phase has it’s challenges and one has to find ways to manage it. I cut my hair in 2015. I’m kind of tired of it but managing it this way has helped me be more patient.

Uuuuh this is a lovely hairstyle 🥰🥰. Quick question though, aren’t the edges affect by the constant pull of the bun behind, I would like to try this hairstyle on my low porosity 4c hair but fear too much strain on my edges 🥺

Thank you 🤗☀️ To answer your question, I always section my hair when I tie it, it helps to avoid pulling, I showed the sections in this video. So the front parts are essentially not fully part of the bun. Always give your hair a break, I let mine be most of the time😊

@@chatwithtisa I added these products to the list of products I supply to salons, and my Afro-sisters are grabbing them fast 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 The ideas were to create a website, there you can post links to your videos and generate traffic so you can make extra-moola from ads, you can also add your own merchandise (Tisa t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, …), which I can assist with in the beginning and once it picks up you can run with it or get someone to help run the site and merchandising. People believe in you, optimize it.

You need to use a silky scarf only or a silky scarf under the one you used to remove the scarf easily. 🙂 Could you please do a tutorial of this from scratch? (after washing tour hair) I cannot wait to try it. Thanks for the video.

@@chatwithtisa yes ...the leave in conditioner is mostly to moisturize my hair but it gets damp so when I lock in the moisture with oil and put my doek on the style just lasts ...it's probably because my hair is relaxed

Keep your beautiful hair, try the gels that I’ve spoken about, I’ll be honest, I started enjoying my hair more after using the gels and it’s one of the things keeping me from cutting and relaxing.

What is the material of the head wrap that you used?

It’s satin, the satin ones help to lay the hair better. To add more pressure you can use a cotton one on top of it.
