Over Easter 2023 we stayed at the Best Western..a motel we've stayed at for years..there is a restaurant and we've eaten there on every stay...Easter Morning we went down to have breakfast and the hostess told us we couldn't eat there because we had no reservation..we had called days before for a reservation ..she rudely turned us away ...at no time were we told we had to have a meal reservation..and it was not posted at the motel restaurant when we ate there the day before nor in the lobby... or at the time we reserved our room on line..We will NEVER stay at Best Western again..no one appreciates the rudeness or nasty rebuke we got from the restaurant hostess or the motel
