I would agree with that. I have the Wagner with charge pipes. Probably don't need the pipes and yeah it is expensive, but not much more than the APR. I was going APR, but I got a deal on the Wagner with pipes. Crazy how much a pipe kit cost without a deal and they recently increased the pricing. Wagner has an interesting YT vid on their IC designs.

The high quality Tube & Fin core is much more preferrable for repeated use and abuse around a road course compared to Bar and Plate options that are commonly found from other manufacturers. We have found Tube & Fin to be the best performing overall in our testing, which Wagner uses.

You can still heat soak your intercooler in frigid temperatures and would benefit heavily from an upgraded unit!
