I have travelled and lived in most parts of India. Kakori is best in Lucknow and good that you covered this place in Delhi. But Delhi's biryani is very ordinary, basically pre-cooked meat in gravy and flavoured rice with lots of masala. Dum is just show-off here which adds nothing to the dish. In India best dum biryani you get in Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Andhra biryani (if you like the South Indian touch in your biryani). Lucknow style biryani is also liked by many.

Lucknow ki nahari aisi nahi hoti h....warqi paratha bhi crispy nahi hota..galawat looks third class..galawati is too much different from kakori....galawati needs perfect blend of meat,masala nd papaya.. they are looting people on name of Lucknow......Bhai tu bhi kuch mat bola kar....ye yakhni ni parat (layered) biryani hai...yakhni consists of water retained from meat boiled with whole spices...jaise ki muradabadi biryani

Kuch time phle July mein Dil se foddie ne isi outlet pe video banayi thi.... Main usi ki video Ko dekhke yahan gya.. BC itna mehnga hai ye aur jhaant bhar ka swaad nahi hai bas quality acchi hai... Ab 500 ₹ ki biryani khaane jaye aadmi wo bhi bas kewde ki khusboo sunghne ke liye aur swaad ke Naam pe bas gulab jal ka swaad aaye... Kebab bhi 250 ₹ ke 2 aur usme bhi bas laung ka flavour aarha tha... Jis din Maine khaaya usi din saala Dil se foodie se Bharosa uth gya aur ab Nikhil bhai aap par se bhi uthgya ....
