I love fancy knives as much as the next guy but I will never think that $120 is a good value for a pocket knife. If we were talking strictly on value only, that crossbar Ozark smashes everything. Everything except the ball bearing flipper they released at the same time! For $5 it’s freaking incredible.

I’m my experience, the knife was fine, but it didn’t feel right and the screw wouldn’t come out and the customer service was horrible. Returned the knife and got a kansept. Personally Not buying from hogue again

civivi conspirator is my favorite value knife of the year! 80 or 90 bucks. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find a better knife under 100$.

Idk.. ive been a fan of anything benchmade, their life time warranty is no joke and they will sharpen your knives, re lube and even replace parts, thats the best budget you can get in my opinion, also the whisker by protech… if you can get one 😂

IF the Deka's handle/scales are made of the same material as the Hogue/Sig Sauer K320's scales, then it doesn't deserve "best value." I got a K320, and EVERY TIME I open it, it wants to slip out of my hand because that polymer is clearly a close chemical/mechanical cousin to Teflon.

On paper the Ozark trail is attempting to crown value King, but in reality I've never felt such buyer's remorse until I purchased that knife....

I was actually given an odd little Ozark Trail skinning knife, and its been a handy box cutter. Fixed blade, full tang, even has a useful hook knife at the opposite end from the blade, so it sticks out of the sheath, and hooks on every possible thing. Long story short, would I have paid for it? No, but it is better than a broken knife, and the only bad knife is no knife...besides, I pair it with an 8" Winchester hunting Bowie when I need something to do more than cut boxes, so... 🤷‍♂️

Any of the Dekas are fantastic knives. I have a gen 2 g10 Deka and it is easily in my top 5 favorites.

My North Arm Skaha was my best buy this past year hands down. Well worth the wait time. The quality for the price is hard to beat. I do love my Deka though.

I have the Hogue Deka II. The blade is great. The polymer grip is slippery and toy-like, IMO. Have ordered aluminum after-market scales from Original Goat, which haven’t arrived yet. That will change the weight of course, but that’s okay.

Even better when it was 90.00 on sale. One of my favorite knives and made in the right country.

The best by far is the spyderco manix2 in 15v sprint. I know it's a limited production knife and not everyone that wanted one got one but definitely the best. One of the best steels, great ergos, excellent cutter although could be better, and a ton of aftermarket options to make it just how you want it.

I would say for the best budget knives it would have to be something from Sencut because they’re actually pretty solid knives for the low price. As far as bang for the buck goes this pick ties with some of the stuff from Artisan Cutlery 👌
