The first season starts off as hinata versing the opposing team including kageyama, kageyama realises hinata is a great spiker and can jump very high. They start fighting but when they meet karasuno high they changed and started working together to become the dynamic volleyball duo!

I'm a Volleyball casual, so I only play with family and friends. But man do I love playing like a libero. Diving and running to save the ball is my favorite feeling in the game. I'm pretty short so I can't even spike, but I'd still love running and diving more than spiking anyways

I advise playing a sport then watching an anime after it. Because of you don’t, you will want to play that sport but you will have too high of expectations because of the anime.

When your body is that low its better to forcibly dive and have control than have a chance at losing balance and injuring yourself or other. Its not necessary for the ball save but sometimes its necessary for the situation

as adam already said, rolling is the best way to land a dive. it makes it easier to get back on your feet and prevents you and your teammates from possible injuries. even if it’s not necessary in the situation, when practicing, rolling is a great thing to do to make it muscle memory in situations where it is necessary.
